SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Where do we ship?
Anywhere in Spain, both Peninsular and Balearic and Canary Islands.
What are the turnaround times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of payment for the order. Once shipped, your order will arrive in the next 24/48 business hours, as long as the delivery is made within the peninsula. On the day of delivery, the courier service employed will do so before 7:00 p.m. If the shipment is to outside the peninsula, you will be informed in advance, either by mail or by phone, of the expected delivery time and you will decide whether to wait or cancel the order.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are free for any delivery within the peninsula. If you want to place the order to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, contact us to send you prior pricing.
Returns. Term and expenses.
In accordance with our return policy and with the aim of total customer satisfaction, the buyer has 14 days, after receiving the package, to exercise this right and without having to justify said decision.
Once the returned merchandise has been received, the refund of the amount will be made by bank transfer after verification of ownership by means of the corresponding certificate.
The merchandise will be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The return of any opened or unsealed packaging from its original packaging will NOT be accepted. The transportation expenses originated by the return will be entirely borne by the customer.
If the cause of the return is due to packaging or packaging defects, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so we can transfer said defects to the transport company and proceed to refund the amount or prepare a new shipment.
